In a long-running partnership with Philipps & Byrne, a Berlin-based tech due-diligence shop, we bring the operator's read on architecture, team, and execution into PE and VC technology assessments. The joint practice has delivered 650+ Tech DDs and Health Checks across 25+ countries, advising on €74B+ of enterprise value. Enough codebases and engineering organisations have crossed the desk that the patterns are quick to spot: bus-factor and key-person dependency, pricing-logic duplication that drives recurring production bugs, date/time handling debt, audit-scaffolding that looks good on paper but has implementation gaps. We communicate findings in terms that inform investment decisions, not in terms that hedge against being wrong.

With Lena Reinhard, we combine technical leadership expertise with organisational psychology.
