When the read already exists and the work is clear, a Sprint puts a single objective on the table with one defined deliverable and no scope-stacking: an architecture and migration plan, a de-risking spike or proof of concept, or a pre-stage-gate readiness pass. Two to three weeks, one outcome.

Sounding board for the calls that matter: architecture decisions, board prep, technical hiring, the occasional fire. Reachable and in the loop, not running the day to day.

Hands on the work. Roadmap ownership, time in the codebase, leading and growing the team, and the investor conversations that come with it.

A defined mandate: a modernisation, a leadership gap, getting ready for due diligence. Billed monthly, for the months it takes and no longer.
Retainers run a 90-day minimum, then month to month. All figures are starting points, net of VAT, and scoped per engagement. Longer interim mandates carry a lower day rate, quoted privately.
